I recommend you check out Dr Rabkin at www.paclap.com. There is a very compelling testimonial on his site. I have attended a couple of  the PacLap support groups in both San Francisco and Chicago and have heard post op revision patients sing his praises as a surgeon as well as praises for the DS.
