Yes, the pouch can be taken down and revised to a sleeve. Why not a full DS?

The Dr. doesn't do the DS and at this time I don't think it is for me..

Why are you seeking a revision? I'm sure the Sleeve would be easier to live with than the RNY, but you'd no longer have any malabsorption. If the 41 BMI shown on your profile is your current BMI, I'd find a real DS surgeon and go with that option.
