  Grateful today for beautiful weather,  Support group meetings, my WLS, family and friends, life and health.    Grateful for Obesity Help and all the fantastic people on this website and working for OH.    Welcome for encouraging words.

I grateful for the separation of church and state, and for religious freedom (or the lack of religion) for all. I'm grateful I live in a place where people don't force their beliefs on others, like they do in strictly religious countries.
