Insurance and Revision

Things are looking up, I think....

My revision was submitted on 03/05 and the ins co said they needed more info but would never call the Surgeons office back to tell them. I gathered some medical records and they faxed them in to see if that would work. They faxed on 03/31 and I got word today that they have enough for now and that they have 20 days from 03/31 NOT 03/05... So I should hear something by 04/20!  At least I know they are working on it.

This process is driving me more crazy than it did with the first surgery.....

Hoping April is luck for me

Lap Band 10/2007 Had complications  - waiting on approval to have band removed and revised to RNY with NEW surgeon Dr. Nicholson!
