I had Gasteric Bypass surgery in 2003 and I have gained back 50 of the 90lbs that I lost.
I have tried to reapply myself to an extreme exercise routine, tried eliminating carbs, and eating low calorie meals and it does not seem to be working. I am at  my wits end, I need help. I want know if there is a revision surgery thet I could consider since my issue is weight regain.
I need advice.

Thanks

There are many revision options available;

Rny to DS (most complicated, best long term results for most)
BOB (Band over bypass, more restriction)
Distal Rny (more malabsorption)
Stomaphyx (not seeing to many long term favorable results)
ROSE (not seeing to many post that claim long there benefits)
Schelatherapy (Not to many long term favorable results posted)

The important thing is...DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH...we all feel strongly on what we believe is the best revision for many reasons.  Just make sure you make your own choice on what you can live with and what is best for you.

The next just as important thing is...find a skilled revision surgeon who does many revisions and different types so you and your doctor can decide what kind is best for you and your situation.

Good Luck
