Appeall process for insuarance companies...

 
 Hi ,

     I was just wondering if any one may know how to write a letter of appeal to your insuarance after a denial on revision surgery ....I have BC/BS of Ilinois and I was denied even with a marginal ulcer and a dialiated stoma ... I am not too sure tho how much effort my suergon's office gave it either tho for that matter .

I would be curious as to the answer to this one as I might have to appeal also.  My surgery is April 6.
