Revision with Dr. Hill-anyone?

I was wondering if anyone has had a revision done by Dr. Michael Hill in Saranac Lake, NY? I'm going to him on March 5th to talk about a revision from RNY to DS. I'd really appreciate it if someone can tell me what types of questions I should be asking about this procedure too. I remember asking tons of questions about the RNY-but can't think of many to ask about a revision to DS. I've read a lot about DS and know that is the surgery for me! I should have had that done in the first place-but that's another topic. LOL Thanks in advance!

Ask again on the DS board Kathy - DSFacts.com has the up to date list of surgeons that do DS revisions. They'll have suggestions for what to ask too

Thank you-I did ask there too. Nobody has heard of him-even though I found him on OH. LOL I called his office to be sure he does the revision from RNY to DS and was told he does and has had a great deal of success. I'll be sure to ask him how many he's done and what the outcome was when I see him. Thanks again!

I'd be wary if the DSers haven't heard of him. It is a very small community of surgeons and they have mostly trained under each other.

If he isn't on DSfacts list then be careful. Some doctors say that they do all the surgeries just to get you into their offices. If DS is definitely what you want then don't be persuaded to settle for anything else
