Revision approval with Harvard Pilgrim

Wondering if anyone has been approved for revision surgery with HPHC?

My revision with Dr. Lautz was covered by Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare HMO.  They paid for two WLS for me.  It has to be considered medically necessary which definately is in your case.  Initially they denied my revision but that was because Eileen said they needed more info.  A week later it was approved.
