Revision done yesterday!!

The surgon said he spent over an hour just clearing out scar issue. 

Congratulations! Hope you have a speedy and uneventful recovery, and remember to use those pain meds. God gave scientists great minds to develop them: wouldn't want to put that knowledge to waste!

I agree on the pain meds!!  I just asked DH to bring me some.

home already?! How great ! I have been a lurker but just really started reading posts since I am looking into a revision. I am so glad to hear you are out of the hospital so quickly. Do you mind if I ask you a little of your history? You don't have to answer tonight, And I will try to look back through older posts, but I am amazed that only a couple days and you're home. Did you have your surgery at Cleveland Clinic? I am from Pittsburgh and would love your Dr. if I remember correctly you had Dr. Schaurer, but my insurance won't pay anything if I go out of UPMC. I am hoping they will agree to the revision. If not, and I have to be a self pay, i may have to look farther for surgeons. There are however, some great surgeons at UPMC.

I really like Dr. Schaurer. 
I'll post more later .. pretty tried right now.
