Question for those about 14 or 15 weeks out
What are you able to eat? Type of food and amount?
I am still having a hard time eating and can't remember from the first time almost 10 years ago what I could eat at this point.
Things just seem to not empty from my pouch and I end up getting sick. I have had two dialations by endoscopy and really can't do anymore. My insurance changed at the beginning of the year and Kaiser does not cover anything WLS related.
Any input would be appreciated!
