Hello there,
I had Lap RNY back in 2003 and lost 130 pounds and kept if off quite well until about 2 years ago when I started gaining weight again. I've now gained half of what I lost. My surgeon did an endoscopy and found that I had a huge gastro-gastric fistula which meant that all my food was going into my old tummy and completely explained my weight gain. I just had surgery to fix the fistula on Monday and am now home and recovering. Thankfully I am back to square one and am hoping to drop at least some of this weight.
