Medical ID bracelet

On Tuesday I am haveing a revision from the band to VSG. I want to order a medical ID bracelet but I don't know what information I need to have added on it. Do I say revision to VSG or just VSG? Also doI need to add the NO Blind NG Tube/NSAIDS? Can anyone help me?

One advantage of the VSG is that you CAN take NSAIDs, and can be normally intubated. I don't think you need a medical bracelet at all.

I was told I wouldn't need one with my revision. If you really want to get one, I would have it listed as Partial Gastrectomy. Most people go "HUH?" when they hear vertical sleeve gastrectomy.

I do have my medical information written on the back of my vehicle registration and vehicle insurance id cards that sit in the visor of my vehicles.
