Revised but not losing. Need advise.

Happy new year everyone.

I have a delimma in that I was revised as of November 19 and my weightloss has been extremely slow and feels like i'm gaining again.  When my surgeon explained my procedure he told me that my pouch was practically in my chest and prevented him from fixing the stoma.  I still have the feeling of food going straight through and I don't get the full feeling.  Has anyone had any experience with this?  Are there any solutions that I can seek out?  I need sound advise.
