Whats the best type?

What are everyones thoughts on the best type of revision on a RNY ?  Aside from the weight gain an poor loss I have also had 3 hernia(sp?) surgerys.  Just want the best for me.

DS on 12/11/03
I strongly urge you to research the DS. It's been shown to give the very best long-term weight loss, with the least chance of regain.
