I just recieved my post op report from my RNY surgery in 2001.150cm afferent limb and 150cm alimentary limb.Promixal gastric pouch with a capacity of 30ml. Is 30ml to large. Can i do a distal revision?

Have you considered all of your revision options. I had an RNY in 2002 and am revising to a DS, want to avoid making a 2nd mistake. Good luck in your journey, there's a lot to do and consider.
