It says that my arousal indes of 15.1 w/ 91 arousals

I am a registered sleep tech. Arousals are when your brain arouses for whatever reason (most common is waking or arousing after not breathing so you can breathe) patients are  unaware of arousals. Your heart rate is was in a normal range. But the most important thing that you did not put in you post is your Apnea Hypopnea Index or AHI, some clinics go by the Respiratory Disturbance Index or RDI.  I am unsure what 10% REM is referring to??? "Normal" people without sleep apnea has about 90 mins of REM per night. So are they saying you only had 9mins? I not quite sure on that one??? Sorry
A "normal" person would have and AHI or RDI of 5 or lower. Anything above 5 most Drs would start some type of treatment.

HTHs.

Highest weight- 262lbs
Lap band- Aug 2006 - 254lbs.
Lowest w/band 214lbs. .
Gained up to 271 due to the band
Got DS revision April 2010!! Current 145lbs
At 5'8 my goal was 160lbs but I surpassed that with the DS!!!!!!
