dilated jejunojejunostomy

can anyone tell me what this means about my RNY? It also says I have a widely patent gatrojejunostomy? Any ideas?

 A wide gastrojejunostomy anastomosis means that the opening that was made surgically between the stomach pouch and the small bowel limb (RNY) is large enough that it does not provide any restriction. This will result in weight regain and lack of satiety.

The only way to correct this is by surgery. There are a number of options that our discussed here on this board. Do your research.
