widely patent gastrojejunostomy?
That means that your test shows that your stoma (the opening between your stomach and your intestine) has "stretched" and is no longer offering any restriction to food passing through. It is a common type of failure in bypass surgeries. There are several ways that surgeons attempt to fix it, but I think you'll have to talk to your surgeon to discuss what to do. Read back posts about "Rose procedure," "Stomaphyx," and "endoscopic stoma repair."
I know you'll find someone here who can discuss this with you. Good luck.

Actually, anything " widely patent" means it is open and unobstructed. Doesn't mean big, stretched, or " wide".
These words are used to describe an artery that is looked at to see if it is obstructed, and found to be open and unobstructed. It doesn't speak to size.
You'll need to ask for size in cm in order to know how big the stoma is.
