How do you get your insurance to pay for a revision from a Roux en Y to a DS

Depends on what your insurance requires.

Some insurance compaines have a "one time" thing. 

I have UHC PPO and just had to pass a 3 things.

Age, BMI a certain amount of 5 years, and a current BMI of X (I can't remember all the exact #'s sorry!).

Just get with your HR person and see if you can find out.  Better yet, call your insurance co and find out for yourself!
