Revision to a BPD

BPD is rarely performed in US as a primary operation for a reason. The outcomes of the BPD long term have never been good in US. Has probably something to do with the diet compared to Europe where it is done more commonly.
It is true that Gastric bypass revision to ERNY or BPD can be done easier that a RNY to DS revision, however, the easiest is not the best.
