Today, I got a letter from my secondary insurance..... here is the link to the post... More hoops for me to jump through, to get approved!!! The FIGHT is NOT over!!!!!

I thought the secondary insurance had to follow suit with your primary?
Nope, they are 2 different insurance companies with 2 different sets of rules.
If that had been the case (the secondary following suit of my primary) I would never have bothere to try and get this far

Be reallllly careful here. Please, talk to Vicki about this. If you were to get approved by one and they pay for your surgery and they find out about the other ins co they can deny payment based on the other ins being your primary. Both ins co's can claim the other is your primary. This is why when you call ins co's the first thing they ask is updated address/phone and the 2nd thing they ask is if you have other coverage.
Just run it by Vicki so you are covering your bases here. She's the expert.
Speaking of Vicki, I haven't seen her around the band boards. She is still around, isn't she?

I am so sorry to hear that you were denied by the secondary insurance.
You now at least know what you have to do now.
You should use this to fuel your mission in getting approved.
I know you are strong enough to do what you know needs to be done.

I just saw my PCP yesterday afer work, & he wrote the order for my upper GI.... I am waiting on his staff to call me back to tell me that they have set up the test.
