dr gagner

hi does anyone know where dr. gagner is? He is not responding to e-mail

He relocated his practice to New York around March or April.  I have not been able to find out where in NY he set up yet.  If anyone knows I would be interested.  I was one of the last surgeries he did in Miami.  Good luck.
