Take a deep deep deep breath and wait for tomorrow morning to get on the phone and follow up.
Make sure you write down the names of people who are telling you things and ask them what is the estimated time that this mistake can be corrected.
I would also ask them if this all can be escalated and if so who would you need to contact to get this done.
I am on your side girlie and so waiting to be able to cheer out loud from the rooftops that you have been approved in the correct name.
