Revision surgery after pregnancy?
Hello everyone, I currently have the lap band and I am looking to have my revision to RNY. I have to wait at least 8 weeks after I have my baby to get the revision. My question is has anyone ever had a revision from lap band to RNY after giving birth to a child, or any other revision? If so how did the process go, and how was the recovery time? Thanks in advance!

I have a lapband, got it in 2006 and it did ok, but after having baby it didn't work so well. I am now getting a revision to Duodenal Switch.
I thought of getting a RNY for about 2 seconds then did some research and for me no way.
Have you researched all your options

Many folks are getting revisions from RNY to DS. DS has the best weight loss and long term weight loss overall the sugeries.
