Seeking help with band-to-sleeve insurance coverage

Good Afternoon!  I am hoping someone, or someones, can help me out.  I have a band, but things are not going well with it.  I have already revised once, and now I think it is time to yank it out.  I love my band for what it has done for me, but I hate it for what it is doing to me now. 

I want to revise to a sleeve, but insurance doesn't seem to agree.  They want RNY.  Has anyone overcome this?  Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
