Question about stetching your stoma!

I had RNY 7 months ago and i have been OCD over the fact of stretching out my stoma-I have a problem with eating to fast-I would say 3/4 of cup only takes me 20 min max (depends on what I'm eating) can anyone tell me if it's possible to stretch the stoma at only 7 months out??  It just scares me of having this happen to me-please give any advice needed!!!
