Home from revision surgery

I had my revision from lap band to RNY on 9/8, and am back home as of today.  All went well...some nausea the first night, but then was fine.  My doc kept me an extra day because he likes to go slower with revision surgery.  I was amazed at how well everything went, and how little pain  i had.  I only required liquid pain meds x2, and then nothing after that.    Now that that is all behind me, my new challange is getting the fluids in.  Sip, sip, sip......

Hi I had same surgery as you on 8/31.  I did well also.  Glad to hear you didnt have much pain and that you are home recuperating.   Well time for a protein shake for me lol.  Speedy recovery
