Revision - State of AZ (Self-insured) question

Does anyone know whether Ameriben (BCBS) or United Healthcare is easier to work with on getting revision surgery approved.  Ultimately, they are held to the State of AZ requirements since we are self-insured but I am just wondering which one I should select.  The insurance forum is just too cumbersome.  I was approved for my original RNY by United Healthcare but I am concerned that they may question revision surgery and come from the perspective that they do not want to approve for a second surgery.  I would appreciate any advice you can provide.

Best advice - call your surgeons office and ask the insurance person. they deal with it every day!
