Thank you very much for the information from Vitalady.

I have forwarded this information on to my Dietician and Surgeon as that is not the plan that they provided me with today.

I do not want to do anything that they feel is not right for me so I always show them things prior to just doing them.

This would be a good question to do a shout-out to Vitalady (Michelle) with, as not only does she sell the vitamins that work for us and works with many of us to tweak our vitamins based on surgery type and labs, but she also has the ERNY herself, and has worked it for many years.

I started with one of her basic vitamin schedules for my surgery, and she has helped me alter it based on my labs. She will not try to "sell" you stuff, she actually just helps educate us about vitamins here at OH.
