Pancreatico Biliary Diversion

Has anyone had this as a revision and can they explain it to me in simple terms I understand.  My original surgery in 2000 was a laporscopic Gastric Bypass and I have had 95% regain.

Meeting with a new group on 8/31 and this is what they offer for a revision.  When I plug it into google it seems rather similar to a DS am I wrong in my understanding if that?  Also, I have never seen this term on here anywhere or see anyone discussing it.

Read everything you can.  I have been researching and lurking on the boards for several years.  I am planning to have the DS with DR. Husted in Somerset Ky.  Please ask questions on the DS board after reading some about it and you will get plenty of help from some very good people and Lori B is a good one to ask.
