  Happy Hump day everyone,


Hope you have had a great week so far.    If not....it isn't over yet so start over today and make it great.

Grateful today for waking this morning and being given another chance at life.
Grateful today for my life and my wonderful friends here on OH and in the "real world".
Grateful that my baby son is all set for college today and that he already knows the campus well.
Grateful for my husband and his job and my 3 wonderful loving sons.
Grateful for our "new fur-baby"  It is a kitten that my son names Ember....she is precious.
Grateful for our cooler weather that we are having now.
Grateful for my faith in God and all the blessings that he has placed in my life
Grateful for my weight loss and WLS
Grateful for my bariatric surgeon caring enough to have a exercise class for his patients.
Grateful for support groups.
Grateful that OH has brought it's wonderful conference to Dallas.
