Calling all BOB's
Hello-
I know of a few folks on the boards who have had a BOB (Band over Bypass) and would like to hear other's experiences.
I am scheduled for September 14th for this procedure.
I understand there are other options out there but would prefer not to have this post turn into pros of the DS, Sleeve, or ROSE. I am just looking for feedback on the BOB.

Hi Sarah,
Just wanted to let you know that my doctor is planning on doing the band over bypass on me too. They are getting ready to submit it to United Healthcare. Did United Healthcare approve your band over bypass? I'm hoping mine will be approved in a short timeframe. My doctor said to expect a 50% EWL, which is not what I was wanting to hear. I want to lose more than 100 lbs, but I guess some is better than nothing. I wanted the DS, but he said it would be too risky. Glad to see we're going through the same thing. Keep in touch.
