Just because you have United does not necessarily mean you will get approved though.

That is just the code that they used to pay for everything.

They were going to approve it though no matter what code they were going to use.

This just covers anything extra that comes up.

I swear yesterday I was going to pass out from hearing the great news.

I was so happy all day and I woke up this morning not believing the news so I called my doctors office to confirm.. LOL!

I felt like I was dreaming all day yesterday.

I wish you well with your revision  and you keep me update too.

I am hella happy as I received a phone call today from Dr. Nick Nicholson's office.

My surgery date is scheduled for September 2, 2009.

I am so excited and I cannot wait.

My EKG, chest xray, and blood work are scheduled for August 21, 2009 at 1 pm.

I am waiting for the dietitian to call me back to schedule my one on one appointment.

This is really happening faster than I could have ever imagined.
