3 yrs out not a lot of weight loss

Depends on what kind of surgery you want to have. Are you looking at the sleeve?? Alvarez and Aceves are the best in my opinion but it is a personal choice. If I were to go to mexico, I would have gone to Alvarez. Luckily my insurance paid for my revision.
