I want to say thanks to Joyce for telling me about the amount of protein she gets in.  I started that a couple weeks ago and started loosing, I then ran out, and couldn;t decide what kind to get and ended up getting some of the walmart brand.  Well that was 3 days ago, and as of this am I hit ONDERLAND by loosing 2 pounds!

I definately think we need the really high protein counts!

I know how good onederland feels...I myself kicked in a new eating regimend which consisted of adding more to my meals...Plus I added some fat laden food to my meals and low and behold the past two months I was only losing about 1 lb a week and this week since I began my new regimend I lost 3 lbs...

I too want to thank Joyce as it was her who said eat...the more you eat the more your body expels with this surgery...So far so good for me...

How much have you lost since your ERNY?

Hey Janie!

According to the doc it would be 34 pounds since surgery.

I have so many numbers and configurations of them I get confused!

I have seen others here called liars and such, so just want to be clear i guess.

It's true about the food, and the protein.  Wierd!
