Yesterday I managed to get up to 160 grams of protein!

B- Same as everyday. Turkey bacon, southwestern egg beaters and salsa
L - Same as everyday. deli meat with cheese avocado and hot peppers rolled up and heated
D - grilled chicken again.
Protein drink before workout.

Tried zumba last night and was exhausted after. I've never had a workout like that and I enjoyed it even though I was hot and dripping with sweat and really sore after. I recommend everyone try it at least once.

tonight will be an hour of weights and an hour of water aerobics.

Didn't stay away from the peanut butter last night but I will tonight.

you're welcome, I really need to do this, I am still having trouble with getting motivated to exercise! I don't know how you do it Monique!

B- Eggs/Ham
L -Turkey sandwich with veggies
S-Sweet corn. Pork chops got burned.. BOO
S-Gonna have some ham lunch meat
3 mile walk

I bought protein shake stuff tonight but have yet to try it. We'll see. Maybe this weekend to be sure I tolerate it ok.

I can't find any that actually agree with me.  They all give me horrible gas and br issues. It's hard! I have tried soy milk, lactose free milk, the OH YEAH drinks for low lactose...uggh!  so I just use what I have and try to take them when it wont be a problem! Good luck with yours!
