today my goals are:

200 protein

Walk 2.5 miles

Stay out of my daughters birthday cake,,,Ya right!

 

I did get the walmart protein and its not bad with soy milk, I can do this!!

Morning Shele,

B - turkey bacon and southwestern egg beaters with salsa
L- deli roll ups with cheese, avocado, and hot peppers. May have salad as well.
S - protein shake before workout
D - Grilled chicken

I will work out on weights for an hour and then I'm going to try zumba. As I posted before on another forum, I am so afraid of being the out of breath fat girl that just can't do it. I'm still going to try though because I'll never know until I do.

My goal today is to stay away from the grapes and peanut butter that I got into last night.

B-Egg/sausage sandwich
L -Nothing cause I had a root canal.
S- ham and chicken lunch meat

I did poor today but my mouth is a little sore..

No walking today either.
