Anyone interested in a daily food and fitness thread?
my goal is to simply stay away from carbs and make sure I work out tonight no matter what it is. I'm also going to post what I eat and what I plan to eat and update later as to whether I stuck to the plan.
B - Turkey bacon, southwestern egg beaters and salsa
L - deli lunch meat with cheese, avocado, and hot peppers rolled up and heated to melt cheese
S - Protein shake before work out
D - grilled chicken and salad with lowfat balsamic dressing
I'm going to try to stay away from fruit this week and see how I do. It has definitely been one of my weaknesses.
