Anyone interested in a daily food and fitness thread?

Is anyone interested? Sort of an accountability of sorts?

I know I really need to do this, I get off track so easily!

My goals for today:

Walk 2.5 miles

150 grams of protein

- 60 carbs

will post tonight how I did!

I'm in!!

I too will post tonight.
My goal is a 4 mile walks
100 grams of protein
and TONS of water

my goal is to simply stay away from carbs and make sure I work out tonight no matter what it is. I'm also going to post what I eat and what I plan to eat and update later as to whether I stuck to the plan.
B - Turkey bacon, southwestern egg beaters and salsa
L - deli lunch meat with cheese, avocado, and hot peppers rolled up and heated to melt cheese
S - Protein shake before work out
D - grilled chicken and salad with lowfat balsamic dressing

I'm going to try to stay away from fruit this week and see how I do. It has definitely been one of my weaknesses.

Well, I hate this LOL

No exercise , I did clean my house top to bottom though,( tired!)

I had about 120 grams of protien.

I had NO BAD CARBS today!

Soo not the best, but def not too bad either!

B-2 eggs/Mayo with 100 cal. thin sandwich bread (new and super yummy)
S-Peanuts
L-CHINESE. BAD BAD BAD
S-Ham and chicken breast. String Cheese
S-Ice Cream. (BAD AGAIN)

Had 60 ounces of H20
2 Diet Pepsi's
Walked for 3 miles
Bike ride with kids for 1 mile.


I need more PROTEIN!!

Yes on the protein! I am trying my best to work up to 200 gms a day. I am on my way to wally world to get some until I can get a order from vitalady. 

Great job on the exercise!
