I am getting so frustrated it has now been over a month since my pree determination letter was send to UHC. I call and they tell me it is still pending.
I am sorry just needed to vent.
I want this surgery/RNY so badly I hate my lap -band.
Anyone else waiting on approval and getting frustrated?
Ughh, I know how you feel. I fought with my insurance company for 5 months before I finally got approved. I got denied 4 times before they approved me. Patience is virtue.. I know how frustrating it can be! Hang in there!
