Anyone have a rev DS surgery w/ Horizon BCBS of NJ?

Has anyone had an approval from Horizon BCBS of NJ?  And is there a minimum BMI?

We have the same doctor and the same insurance. I was turned down by the insurance company for my lap band in 2006. I am starting agin I think they will approve it this time. What wls did you have? Why the revision if you don't mind me asking.

I had a Lap Band at the University of Penn.  If I can give you a little piece of my experinece...  DO NOT HAVE A LAP BAND!!!  They suck!  According to thrm they are the best, easy, you won't see it... All bull!  I vomit at least twice a day, I can not eat many, many foods like fruit, many veggies, I have trouble with meat and chicken, etc.  However, I have no problem with chips, cookies and other crunchy food.  So as a result, my health has suffered and I have last about 10lbs in 1 1/2 years.  I am now in the process of getting a revision to a DS.  Good Luck!
