Frustrated

I called my insurance UHC and was told they had not recieved anything for my revision.
I then call the doctors office and they told  me it was send over two weeks ago and that the insurance company always tells you they have not recieved anything.
I am so fustraded just want to know if I am approved or denied.
Sorry had to vent.

VENT AWAY!!!!!!
I would call the doctors office BACK & have them RE-SEND everything!!!!!

If they fax it, then there should be some sort of confirmation, I would think!!!!

I am an RNY to DS revision (well not yet, but I will be on 8/10). I have Aetna insurance. Paperwork was submitted on Friday and I had an approval on Tuesday, so it took a couple of days.

I would contact your insurance company and ask to speak to a superviser. Confirm with your doctor's office who they sent the items to. They should get some sort of case number. Hang tight, I'm sure you will hear from them soon.

BTW, I used to live in Madison, NJ, now I live in Phillipsburg, but I know where Rockaway is. I LOVE the Rockaway mall!  I sent you a friend request btw.
