Had Revision on June 30th, - doing well

I think you will do great...Just follow all your doctors recommendations and don't second guess your success...I just had revision on May 20th this makes my 3rd WL Surgery and 2nd revision and two weeks out I was already getting disgusted and beginning to second guess how successful I was going to be. I am back on track though and I can't tell you how important it is to stay in touch with your Dr.s office when feeling down or off track.

I too had a revision from VBG (December 16, 2003) and RNY (April 28, 2009) and am loving every moment! I am able to enjoy (limited amounts) foods that made me sick prior to the revision. I look at it as a second lease on life and stick to the guidelines. As a result, I am losing just as fast (if not faster) than I did with my VBG.
I'll keep you in my thoughts as you get closer to your surgery date!

Wow, congradulations on your Revision and so doing so well. Like you i'm not going to let this second chance pass me by. I'm going to do what I'm supposed to and with the support system I have this time around, I know I will be a sucess.
Even though I had complications that made me have to be at this point in my life, I know I could have done things better the first time around.
I had heard because of the RNY we are getting which is so much different we should lose pretty fast also. I know you will continue your success and I look forward to being right there with you.
