Revision 6/8

Original RNY surgery was 2002. Lost 120 pounds, regained 70 in the last 3 years.

I am having revision surgery Monday 6/8. Dr. Robert Brolin in NJ. Enlarged stoma. He will try to fix the stoma and revise to a distal. This is all pending no adhesions are found. Wish me luck!

No real name, just revision to stoma and proximal to distal.

Good luck to you and may you have a speedy recovery. How long did the process take? Other than the scope, did you have to have any other testing?

I have been testing over a year. Endoscopy, swallow tests. I am going self pay to get this done and overwith. So I saw Dr. B in feb and surgery is Monday. Thanks for the good wishes
