I had RNY for 28 years and IMO it sucks.

If you really want to lose the weight, keep it off; be able to eat like a normal person, drink with your meals and take Ibuprofen when you need it, there's only one choice; DS. Check out the DS forum or read up on www.dsfacts.com and www.duodenalswitch.com

Seriously, I cannot understand why anyone would get RNY when they could get the DS. I've had both and there is no comparison.

I was reading this post and I had a question... What do you mean when you say "take ibuprofen when you need it"? Can you not have ibuprofen with certain WLS?
Thanks...
