Anyone MILITARY who had an approved revision?

Hi all....I have retired Tri-Care Prime and had emergency lap band removal 3/25/09.  Tri-care covered the band.  Yesterday I went to the doctor to discuss the revision to the RNY....they are going to submit the paper work sometime next week.  I'm concerned about getting the approval because I don't meet the original requirements needed for WLS.  But the "Tri-Care Manual" reads they will cover another WLS due to complications from one WLS.  So I'm crossing my fingers!! 

Has anyone gotten an approval under similar cir****tances?
