Thanks to You Shele, MEW, MWG for your sweet posts to my page...I appreciate so much...

I'm nervous, feeling disbelief that the day is finally here, and can't wait to be on the other side healing, and losing weight.

But, I just wanted to post this info...I weighed in at 208 on the first day of the liquid protein diet which was May 6th....I hadn't weighed for a while and thought I was still hovering around 200...yeeks! when I saw 208 I almost had a coronary...

Anyway, as of last Thursday I had only lost 2lbs...I was so MAD!!! then after work on Friday I weighed in again and low and behold the scale said 200, this morning, after a very lean weekend...it said 195...Yahoo....13 lbs....I have two more days and I'm aiming for 5 more lbs lost...we'll see...

Again, I want to thank all my OH Friends...This network of folks has truly made my journey more enjoyable, informative and I love you all...Wish I could meet you all in person....

Janie Rolfson update....

she's out of her revision surgery.  I didn't get to meet her officially yet but saw her being wheeled dfown the hall to her room.  Her hubby and doc said that all went well and her procedure; expected to go much longer was done in half the time!  Woooooo Hooooooo!  she's a loser again!!!  .....  I'll pop in tomorrow morning to "officially" meet her and chat!
