First step
I too am trying to get some answers for steps toward a revision.
I think one of the responses might be to ask your insurance carrier what they require.
I have some calls to sit down & make. I currently am doing a 6 month doctor supervised diet that I started on my own back in Janurary. Just in case it was needed. My insurance is not covering any of the doctor visits, I am paying for them out of my pocket.
I have been researching a RNY to DS.
Sounds like we are in similar circimstances.

Hi There!
I also remember seeing you on the pregnancy board, I think we were due around the same time, I was due Oct 14th, but delivered Sept 30th! Hope all is well with you and the little one!
I am also looking into a revision, I really think each insurance company is different. I went to see a surgeon and he had me do an upper GI, to see if my pouch has stretched, I am actually waiting to call his office at 2 pm so see what they found....
I wish you luck and hopefully we will both be on our way to a revision!

Hello Ladies! I remember you both and so glad to see you. I can't believe it has been 7 months already. Time flies!
I met with my surgeon yesterday. He is sending me for a GI. I am pretty anxious to see what it says.
Plus go for a nutrioution consultation, 3 month weight history with my doctor and thats it so far.
He said the options would be a revision of the surgery or a lap band placed over my pouch.
I asked him about the rose procedure, he does do it but he said it has a 50/50 chance of working and isurance doesn't cover it. Is this true?
