APPROVED AND GOT A DATE

What a wonderful day this is. I found out 3-23-09 that my insurance had approved my surgery. Took about 10 days from the time it was sent in. Now today I got a surgery date which will be 5-27-09.
It is kinda far off but there are reason for that and I understand. My surgery will be a revision from a Molina band from 15 years ago to a RNY. Dr. Garth Davis seems to be swamped with revisions as of late and they are not to easy to do and well there is only 1 of him. Soooooooooooooo I will wait. I'm soooooooo happy.

I have just started the process of hopefully getting revision from Lap Band (2005) to RNY. Statistics look pretty good! Keep us posted! God Bless!

I got my approval yesterday (4/6/09) and surgery is set for 5/19/09.  I'm having a revision from a Lapband done  on 10/3/06 to RNY plus having my hiatal hernia repaired. 

Hurray for us!!!
