I am getting to like soft poached eggs TOO MUCH.

What started as one for breakfast every other day or so has grown to 4 every morning. Apparently they are 'trigger' food for me.

Anyone have an idea on what to eat for breakfast?

Wow - it's so funny what each of our trigger foods are. Mine was crackers - have to stay away from those completely.

I have one egg scrambled dry for breakfast every morning at 7:00 and a container of Yogurt at around 10:00.

Maybe switch to a hard-boiled egg (1). It's denser and will make you full longer. Poached eggs will slide right through your pouch.

What is your current surgery type, ie what did you revise to?
Are you seeking more protein, less fat, what?

Apple slices dipped in Greek yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon
Cottage cheese on AkMok crackers
Egg whites scrambled with zuchini, salsa and mozerella cheese

Not sure what you are looking for.....

I do hard boil eggs or sometimes a Greek Yogurt. The yogurt is high in protein.
