proud of myself

well in spite of my streched stoma, i have gone to a weightloss clinic called simply for life which is based on the glysimic index.i have been pretty srict with my self the last week. and have went from 276 to 267 in less than two weeks. i don't have as much bad food cravings and i am fuller longer. i still want to get my stoma fixed but so happy that this way of eatting has had such get affects on my pysical and menatl ehalth hugs Dawn
